Digital Product Delivery Only

CarbonConnect GmbH sells digital products exclusively. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery Time

Your purchase consists of a digital carbon credit certificate (PDF) that will be delivered via email to the address you provide at checkout.

• Your digital product will be delivered within 14 days (two weeks) after successful payment.

• There are no physical shipments and no tracking numbers, as everything is delivered digitally.

No Shipping Fees

Because no physical products are shipped, no shipping charges apply.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

1. An order confirmation email, and

2. Your digital product by email within 14 days.

If you have not received your certificate after 14 days, please contact us.
