Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

All sales of digital products are final. Once you complete your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to receive the digital product within 14 days and acknowledge that the delivery process may begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period.

You therefore waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with § 356(5) BGB once delivery has begun.
